7.0/10

My stay at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney was mostly enjoyable. I loved the spacious room and the hotel’s superb location close to the CBD and The Rocks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. However, the dining options were on the pricey side, and I was disappointed that the sauna was out of order during my visit.

The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing me to easily walk to Circular Quay and The Rocks, which I really appreciated during my stay.
Dining

While the dining experience was nice and offered a big selection, I found it a bit too expensive for what was offered, leading me to explore nearby restaurants instead.

6.6/10

I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the comfortable room and great location near Circular Quay, but the service could use some improvement. Although the breakfast offered ample choices, I found some elements lacking, such as the quality of cutlery and the toaster. While the facilities were decent, I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi was closed when I was looking forward to using it.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and plenty of light. However, it felt slightly dated, which was a bit unexpected for a premium hotel.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly and professional, I experienced indifferent service at times, especially when issues arose. It felt like my queries went largely unaddressed.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to major attractions like Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. This made exploring the city quite convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a good variety, but I found some parts underwhelming and it felt overpriced. I opted not to dine in the hotel restaurant based on the menu options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but I was disappointed with the pool environment, especially with the noise level from kids. Additionally, the Jacuzzi's closure on the day I wanted to use it was unfortunate.

I had a lovely stay at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, enjoying the great location just a short walk from Circular Quay and The Rocks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. However, I found the bed too soft for my taste, which made sleeping a bit challenging. Overall, though, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with large baths and walk-in showers. It was nice to be on the same floor with my family, which is sometimes hard to arrange. Though I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking, everything else was comfortable.
Service

The staff were consistently polite and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick, and I appreciated how the team always cleaned up well after I left my seat.
Location

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport, cafes, and major attractions like Circular Quay and The Rocks. I loved being able to walk everywhere!
Dining

While I was disappointed the sauna was out of order, I still enjoyed the indoor pool and steam room. Room service and other amenities were decent and added to a comfortable stay.

5.6/10

My stay at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney was mostly enjoyable, thanks to its fantastic location and comfortable accommodations. The proximity to Circular Quay and the Opera House made exploring easy. However, I found the breakfast quite disappointing, lacking in flavor and variety. Overall, it was a solid experience, but the dining could use some improvement. 🌟

Rooms
8.0
I really appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of my room. The modern decor made it feel inviting, and the bed, though a bit soft for my taste, was still comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, which added to the pleasant experience.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and efficient during the check-in process. However, I felt that they could improve in terms of addressing complaints more wholeheartedly, as their responses were somewhat generic.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is superb! It's just a short walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and other attractions, yet it offers enough peace to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was where I encountered a letdown. The cooked options were bland and disappointing, with some items tasting watery and lacking flavor, though the pastries and fruits were good.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers great amenities like a beautiful pool area. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to swim, but the overall facilities were impressive.

5.8/10

I recently stayed at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney for three nights, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the bustling city. However, the check-in process was frustrating, and the room, while comfortable, had some outdated decor. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in service.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and while the room was comfortable with a great view of the city, the decor felt a bit tired and outdated. I noticed a yellow stain on the toilet seat, which was off-putting and raised some cleanliness concerns. However, the amenities were satisfactory.
Service
6.0
The service could have been better. I had a long wait during check-in, and at times, the staff did not seem very welcoming. My key to the club level didn't work, causing further inconvenience. Overall, the attention to detail in service was lacking.
Location
10.0
The location is definitely a highlight. It's centrally located, just a short walk to major attractions like Circular Quay and The Rocks, making it very convenient for exploring Sydney.
Dining
6.0
While I didn’t have an really good dining experience, I found the breakfast options to be okay. However, it was disappointing that some amenities, like complimentary water in the room, were not included and came at an extra charge.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, offering various services like room service and housekeeping. However, I would have liked to see more complimentary amenities provided, especially considering the room rate.
